Just a Mechanical Engineer who likes to bake breads and cook good meals. I am a member of the Utah BBQ Association. I have been for the last 8 years. I am a member of the ASCE and currently teach part time at a local High school. I teach math, chemistry, anatomy, computer tech and geography. I am a full time Premed and Engineering student. My goals are either to work in the medical engineering field designing cool new machines that help mankind or to design new planes, trains and cars. Maybe even EV commercial airliners that generate their own energy.
I currently have an associates in graphic design and web tech, a Bachelors in Network Engineering and Business Management and now i am working on the Mechanical. I am presently 29 years of age and have a beautiful wife. We do not have any children yet. We plan on it but we are waiting for the best time for them.
I love to cook and bake. I have taught many cooking classes at a few professional kitchens. I have taught an excellent class on grilling steaks for SLC's top food critics who were thrilled with the taste and amazing flavors of compound butters.
